Mahindra Thar Rocks is going to be launched in the Indian market on August 15. Mahindra is releasing new teasers for its upcoming SUV and now it has revealed the front fascia of Thar Rocks. Not only will the 5-door version be seen in Thar Rocks, but many changes will be seen in its exterior as well as interior.
Mahindra Thar Rocks Design Changes in many Ways :
The new teaser image of Mahindra Thar Rocks shows the front-end design of the Thar. It gets a new six-slot grille, LED daytime running lamps as well as a new set of slightly more rounded LED headlamps that use a projector setup. One of the complaints about the current Thar has been that its headlamps are quite weak, which may see a change in the new Thar.
At the same time, a new set of diamond-cut alloy wheels will be seen on its side. Steel wheels and wheel covers can be found in its low variants. The door handles for the rear doors will be placed on the C pillar. The design of the taillamps at the rear has been upgraded.
What will be the Engine of Mahindra Thar Rocks :
It will have engines like XUV700 and Scorpio N. It can have a 2.2-litre mHawk diesel engine and a 2.0-litre Stallion turbo-petrol engine. Its engine can be mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox or a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission. Talking about its price, it can be between Rs 16 lakh and Rs 20 lakh.
